Refund & Return Policy

At MZ Estilo, your satisfaction is important to us. Each product is carefully selected, inspected, and packaged before dispatch. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, this Refund & Return Policy explains your options clearly and fairly.

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

We accept returns or exchanges only for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

To qualify:

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • Contact us via email or WhatsApp with details and photos

  • The product must be:

    • Unused and unwashed

    • In original packaging with tags intact

    • Accompanied by the original invoice

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Customized / stitched items

  • Jewelry

  • Sale / discounted items

  • Accessories

  • Items damaged due to customer handling

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return or exchange:

    • Order ID

    • Product details

    • Photos of the issue

  3. Our team will review and guide you through the process

  4. Once approved, we will share the return address and instructions

3. Return Shipping

  • For damaged / incorrect items, return shipping will be covered by MZ Estilo

  • For size or style exchanges (if applicable), the customer bears the return shipping cost

  • Returned items must be securely packaged

4. Refund Processing

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Your bank or provider may take additional time to reflect the refund

5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges depend on stock availability

  • If the requested item is unavailable, we may issue store credit or a refund

  • Customized or personalized items cannot be exchanged

6. Order Cancellation & Modifications

If you wish to cancel or modify an order before it is shipped, please refer to our Cancellation Policy.

Once shipped, cancellations cannot be processed.

7. Damaged or Wrong Products

In the rare case you receive:

✔ or incorrect items

Please notify us within 48 hours with photos of:

  • Product

  • Packaging

  • Invoice

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund is delayed:

  1. Check your payment account

  2. Contact your bank / card provider

9. International Returns (if applicable)

  • International customers are responsible for return shipping and customs charges

  • Refunds apply to the product value only

  • Shipping fees and duties are non-refundable
