We accept returns or exchanges only for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
To qualify:
The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
Contact us via email or WhatsApp with details and photos
The product must be:
Unused and unwashed
In original packaging with tags intact
Accompanied by the original invoice
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:
Customized / stitched items
Jewelry
Sale / discounted items
Accessories
Items damaged due to customer handling

For damaged / incorrect items, return shipping will be covered by MZ Estilo
For size or style exchanges (if applicable), the customer bears the return shipping cost
Returned items must be securely packaged
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
You will be notified of approval or rejection
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Your bank or provider may take additional time to reflect the refund
Exchanges depend on stock availability
If the requested item is unavailable, we may issue store credit or a refund
Customized or personalized items cannot be exchanged
If you wish to cancel or modify an order before it is shipped, please refer to our Cancellation Policy.
Once shipped, cancellations cannot be processed.
